This meticulously maintained home is located in a quiet neighborhood on the east side of Charlotte. This home presents a peaceful escape while being conveniently located to everything. Close to shopping and restaurants, minutes to NoDa, Midwood, Uptown, and easy access to I-74. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck overlooking the view of the large open backyard. 2 large bdrms with ensuite bthrms on opposite ends of the home provide privacy for guests.
