The grand deep-water dock is ready for your boat - tie up and enjoy direct lake access. Our dock location maintains strong water depth year-round, even as Lake Norman levels fluctuate seasonally (managed by Duke Energy). The dock features a diving board, bench swings, and sunning areas. The on-site boat lift is reserved for the property owner.

This is a strictly non-smoking property (indoors and outdoors).

Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and exterior areas for guest safety. No cameras are inside the home.
