Staff was very attentive. Hotels older but clean, pool looked unkept. So I choose not to use it. Breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff was great. Felt very safe at the property that arranged any transportation I needed. A few blocks from Zona Piel and a quick 3 min drive to Poliforum convention ...

Shuttle left me standing at the airport for 44 minutes. Terrible. One water bottle in room. Had to get dressed and go buy more water. No hot water in the bathroom sink.

Hotel needs to have airport shuttle. It's only 5 minutes away from the airport and taxis are very expensive for the distance!

This was such a great location for the Feria de Leon. And the big plus - while inside you had no idea of chaos outside. You really do feel like you are OUT of the city madness. Best of both worlds. Now I’ll look forward to each year that I attend the Palenque or the Feria.
