Welcome to Chalet du Merle 1, nestled in the picturesque village of Champagny-en-Vanoise, where the allure of the Alps meets authentic mountain charm. This expansive 120 m² chalet, located on the ground floor, comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it an ideal choice for family gatherings or group retreats. Enjoy breathtaking views from the 60 m² south-facing terrace, a perfect spot to bask in the sun or take in the serene beauty of the Courchevel valley.

Inside, Chalet du Merle 1 offers a thoughtful and well-organized layout designed for comfort and convenience. The chalet features four inviting bedrooms. The first is a spacious dormitory-style room equipped with four single beds (90x200 cm), each provided with a 140x200 cm duvet and a 60x60 cm pillow. This room also includes its own private shower and sink. The second bedroom includes two single beds (90x200 cm), also with 140x200 cm duvets and 60x60 cm pillows. The third and fourth bedrooms each feature a comfortable double bed (140x200 cm), a large 220x240 cm duvet, and two 60x60 cm pillows ideal for couples or those who enjoy extra space. Additional amenities include a bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer, two separate toilets, and a dedicated sauna room for ultimate relaxation after a day of mountain adventures.

The inviting living area is furnished with two sofas, an armchair, a coffee table, an LCD television, and a DVD player, creating a cozy space for unwinding. The adjacent dining area, equipped with a table, chairs, and a bench, is perfect for enjoying meals together. The well-appointed kitchen provides everything needed to prepare delicious home-cooked meals.

Champagny-en-Vanoise serves as the gateway to the stunning Vanoise National Park, offering endless opportunities for hiking, skiing, and wildlife watching. In summer, explore scenic trails that showcase the region’s natural beauty. Because the neighbors are very close, parties are strictly forbidden in the property, outside guests are not accepted and it is not possible to make noise outside after 9:00 p.m.

Before your departure, please ensure that the dishes are clean and put away, and dispose of trash in the designated area as indicated during your check-in.
