Nice and well equipped.

Nice and well equipped apartment. All we need for nice days in the alps. Service minded host. A bit of noise from the floor above (children playing/running). Main bedroom doesn't have a window, which makes it a bit hot and with bad air quality.

Great location

The apartment is well located, just minutes from the centre of Chamonix. It is also 15 mins walk from Telecabin Brevent and about 10 mins walk from a small lake/climbing area. Inside the property was clean and fairly recently renovated. It is ground floor so some may feel there is less privacy as windows go out to a local road. We had an issue when checking in, as the key box failed to open. We had to stay one night in a hotel (we arrived only very late that day), but the host has dealt with everything very quickly the following morning, which is all you can ask for in the circumstances. So if you do have any problems, you are not going to be left alone - the host will help you.

Great location

We had a great stay here. Property is excellent walking distance to Chamonix center and an easy walk to Les Gaillands climbing area. Check in was easy. Parking was sufficient. The property seemed to have some kind of prior flooding or damage and the walls directly above the baseboards showed signs of wet damage and some early signs of mold. The listing included a ‘refresh cleaning’ that never occurred and the shower gel and olive oil on the counter was near empty when we arrived. Overall we had a great trip and would recommend this property.
