Located in the heart of Chamonix, this spacious, welcoming flat is perfect for a holiday with friends or family.

It comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a lounge with 2 sofas, 1 of which converts into a sofa bed. You'll love the lovely BALCONY where you can relax after a day's walking and admire the magnificent view of Mont Blanc and the mountains.

In addition to all this, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Dishwasher, Lift, Coffee machine, Fridge, Heating, Hairdryer, Microwave, Oven, Hot water, Fondue and raclette appliances.

There is no wifi box in the flat, but a very good 5G connection. The building offers a wifi connection but at a low speed if everyone uses it!

Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The Chamonix train station is a 10-minute walk away, the ‘Aiguille du Midi’ stop is less than 5 minutes away on foot and the bus station is 1 minute away!
