Charming apartment, fully renovated in 2020, located on the ground floor of a 200-year-old chalet in the historic heart of the village of Argentière.

The apartment features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a dining area and a cozy living room (30 m²) with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with WC, and a 15 m² bedroom with a mezzanine providing one additional sleeping area.

French doors open onto a private terrace and small garden directly in front of the living room.

Shops (supermarkets and sports stores) and restaurants are just a 2- to 3-minute walk away, as are the free shuttle buses serving the entire Chamonix Valley. The free Mont Blanc Express train station is 500 metres away. During the season, both trains and shuttle buses run every 30 minutes, providing easy access to all ski areas and villages throughout the valley.

The Grands Montets ski area is a 10-minute walk away, while Le Tour/Col de Balme is just 2 km away. Cross-country ski trails and snowshoeing routes are only a 2-minute walk from the apartment.

Numerous hiking trails start directly from the apartment, with the nearest forest just a 2-minute walk away.
