Modern gîte made of wood in a small village of the Monts du Lyonnais, on edge of the department of Loire. Easily accessed from the A89 motorway. Detached accommodation built on piles on same property as the owner's house, all on one level. Well-designed, with disabled access & spacious interior. Large living room (67 sq.m.) with fitted kitchen area, lounge area (wood pellet stove) & study area both opening onto the terrace. 2 bedrooms (160 cm bed), (two 90cm beds). Laundry room. Shower room. WC. Sheltered terrace (no opposite neighbours) with lovely views of the village, balcony/gallery, deck chairs, large grassy garden with trees. Parking. On-site, a second gîte for 8 people can be booked jointly (welcome of 12 people in total).

La propriétaire est froide et très directive. Le gros problème est le stationnement du véhicule il faut faire plusieurs manœuvres pour pouvoir se garer dans le bon sens. l’emplacement du barbecue laisse à désirer(accès pas pratique) Il faudrait préciser sur l’annonce qu’il n’y a aucun commerce dans le village et qu’il faut faire 15 kms pour aller à FEURS sinon la location est très bien, très spacieuse, magnifique vue et au calme.
