Cheap and cheerful

Comfortable beds. Ideal for one night stop over. Very basic. No frills. Cheap Bathroom and general decoration tired. Mould on bathroom ceiling, leaking shower, air con not great. Staff spoke very little English but we managed to communicate. Staff were friendly. Get what you pay for.

This place is a no frills budget hotel and I knew that when I booked it so I can’t really complain. But a few little things could have been done better. When we arrived there was no one to check us in. The machine didn’t recognise our reservation… we were in a bit of a panic and nearly had to call Expedia… however thankfully a lady arrived and gave us our key card! The pillows were so cheap as were the amenities in the room. But like I say… I wasn’t expecting anything else and I hadn’t paid for anything more.

Good overnighter

I've stayed here before. It is a good, value for money, easy overnight stay. The rooms have external doors and as this time I was on the ground floor it was very convenient to be close to my car in the free parking area immediately adjacent.

Good stopover hotel

We always stop at this hotel on our journey down to the South of France. It’s close to the motorway and reasonably priced. It is more expensive at weekends so try to travel midweek. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Lovely bright room

Best premier class we have stayed in. Good size bedrooms with comfortable beds and a duvet. Friendly staff. Recomend this hotel but not the premier class in Boulazac Périgueux.

Check in was friendly and staff very helpful. Room was bright,good size,good desk and storage. Bed was comfortable and great to have a duvet. We stayed again on our return trip and was given a 15% discount voucher for the Campanile restaurant. I have stayed in several premier class and this is the best. I hope the company start to upgrade the other hotels to the standard of this one. (For example Boulazac Périgueux and Lyon)

Comfortable stay for a budget hotel. This was better than any of the other Primier Classe hotels that I have stayed. Quick and easy check in. This was quite a quiet area considering it was in close proximity to other hotels.

Very bad customer service and ants in the room

We forgot our key in the room and there was nobody at the reception to help us open the door and no one ever replied to the emergency phone number displayed. We tried to call for hours before we had to buy a second room from their vending machine to avoid staying outside all night. They promised to give us a refund for that second room but they never did it in spite of sending them countless reminder. When we got back to our first room in the morning where our baggage were locked, we found it infested by ants that even got into our suitcases. I will NEVER go back to that hotel again and I would discourage anyone to spend a night at any Premiere Classe Hotel if you don't want to sleep with bugs and have to deal with a terrible customer service.
