The hotel is super close to the airport and right across the street from popular nightclubs like Coco Bongo, with many family restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Security was very noticeable, which made the experience even better."

"The staff was courteous and helpful. It wasnt explained well where to check in and therefore I waited downstairs for an hour where I felt dismissed and wasnt given much direction when told to go upstairs. The room was nice as the pictures but some weird holes in walls... The difficulty in speaking to staff was hard at times English to Spanish, even with simple words. The food at the restaurant was really good. The prices were good as well. The housekeeper never cleaned our room and the phone did not work in the room to make request. "
