My adult children and I stayed here over Christmas while visiting family in the area. This residence is everything one could hope for in a vacation rental: newly renovated, very clean, comfy beds, super-responsive host and all kinds of treats and amenities I did not expect. We couldn't be more impressed with our stay. The whole property was roomy and capable to accommodate all our needs. We only had one issue, which cannot be put on the hosts. The washer appeared to have an issue that I cannot blame the hosts for one but. We would love to come back and stay again in the future if it's available!

Amazing attention to details

We stayed for our daughter's graduation from Penn State University. The location to State College is very convenient and super direct. I am a long time Realtor and work with a lot of VRBO investors over the past 5 years. Moving forward, I am going to reference this property as the model way to be a very successful VRBO owner! The attention to detail was AMAZING!

Could not have been better

The accommodations were lovely, quality everything, spacious rooms, so many helpful things provided( like snacks, cuddly blankets, great selection of kitchen utensils and dishes) plus fresh flowers. I just can’t say enough good thingsCommunication with brenda ahead of time and during our stay was always prompt snd helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable.My husband had an injury just before we traveled so the stairs were a bit limiting for him. But he is still raving about what a great place it was to stay

Fabulous Apartment!

Best place to stay outside of PSU State College! Immaculate apartment with lots of extra bedding, towels and many thoughtful touches throughout-including snacks, drinks and toiletries. Easy 20 minute drive to campus. Hope to stay here again for our next visit.

fantastic appartement

Our stay was perfect. The appartement was beautiful and we felt really at home the moment we entered the appartement. Also the contact with the caretaker/owner was perfect and quick. We highly recommend this appartement.
