Enjoyable hotel stay

I chose this hotel for its location. It is within walking distance of the places where I wanted to visit. There is a bit of wear and tear in the hotel but it is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. Also I found the food in the restaurant to be great and reasonably priced. I had a very early checkout and the kitchen staff prepared me some food to go as I would miss the breakfast service. I would definitely stay here again if I am in Cebu City.

Horrible experience

The room was horrible. Toilets did not flush, shower was clogged, bed was old and uncomfortable, the room was dark, very small window. No outside food is allowed in the hotel, this means no Grab orders or takeout allowed in your room. I would recommend staying somewhere else. The pictures on Hotels.com are not accurate at all.

An AWFUL two nights we stayed. My boyfriend and I live in Bohol (neighboring small island), and came for a “date” weekend to do some shopping and have a nice dinner. I have stayed here before and always found it adequate for PH. There was no hot water the entire time, and we told them about it twice, but they never did anything about it. There was also ZERO WiFi in the suite. And, yes, I booked the “nicest” suite they had for the weekend. Lastly, our ferry did not get in until near midnight, so we checked in very late. They called our room at 9am and woke us up to tell us that the breakfast would be ending soon. While in theory this is nice, the staff has no way of knowing our sleep schedule, and I was very irritated that they woke us up. I will not be staying again.
