You have a fully equipped private kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. The property includes private Wi-Fi, a television, washing machine, dryer, barbecue, baby cot, and high chair. The single-level interior access ensures great convenience throughout your stay. Bed linen and towels are provided.



Your private uncovered terrace offers a view of the pool and is the perfect spot for outdoor meals. The accommodation is set on a beautiful 3-hectare wooded estate with a private garden. A bamboo grove frames your terrace for added privacy, while a hedge visually separates you from the main building. You will share the outdoor pool with the owners from May to the end of September. Please note that the pool is not fenced.

This carefully renovated outbuilding features original architecture and was once the estate's caretaker's house. The ground floor has been designed to offer you a warm, family-friendly welcome. A large supermarket is just 4 to 5 minutes away by car. Vielle Saint-Girons beach is 20 minutes away by car, and the spa town of Dax is 25 minutes away.
