From check in to check out the staff were absolutely wonderful and kind. The only complaint is one of the hallways smelt like cigarette smoke when walking in it. Other than that everything was clean and quiet.

It seemed newly updated and clean. The rooms are small but good enough for the price. My pillow smelled old and thin bed covers but the mattress was comfortable. Breakfast was the typical continental with waffles. Staff was nice and helpful.

Ashton at the front desk did a fantastic job. He seemed to be running the entire operation by himself. He was pleasant, personable and seemed to be helping everyone at once. My tv didn't work and he was right there to fix it. I saw him delivering sheets and towel to other rooms. His pat response was "I'll be right there". And he was. I recommend he get a raise and promotion. My phone, tv and radio (alarm needed) didn't work. The dresser drawers constantly opened on there own. Rm 1193.

Everything was wonderful. Very clean, bed was comfortable and nice sized room. However, there was no hot water!! Ever!! If you could fix this problem it would've been pretty close to perfect. Also, Whiskey Butter has amazing food and the most hospitable staff ever!!
