Overall the hotel was fine. I liked the pool/hot tub area. My stay was fine and I really didn’t have any issues. The only inconvenience was the air conditioner in the room wasn’t to my liking; it either wasn’t working properly or it was regulated by the hotel….the room was a little too warm for me. I did notice the shower curtain rod was a little damaged and I’m not sure how much longer it is going to stay attached to the wall. I would stay there again and I would recommend it to other travelers.

Nothing was unique except the bad service. No towels or wash rags in rooms. Manager rode around on segway through all the halls and outside property while on cell phone. Would put a sign up saying he was with guest - all the while he was on his segway & cell phone. Even left it outside the main desk door blocking the hallway. Had to request towels EVERY day for 4 days. My sister was handicap and we were not told of parking lot repair till late in the evening on the first day. Therefore, we had to park in the front parking lot and she had to walk from all the way in the back of the hotel to the front whenever we had to leave. Very hard on her to walk and was slow going. We were there for Natrona Graduation. She came all the way from Texas and she was not treated well - NO SERVICE. She and her daughter called 3 time in one day for them to deliver toilet paper and I called the front desk as well - never did attempt to deliver toilet paper. Had to get some from another room. Every day we had to call. ABSOLUTELY Horrible service. Do not recommend this hote.

Its comfortable to stay here, i have several times. Only 2 issues - if you are not down for breakfast by 9 am (they "serve" until 10) thers nothing good left - maybe some dry cereal or a piece of fresh fruit. 2nd, the climate control doesnt seem to work. My rooms never get below 71 degrees and i prefer colder to sleep well. But the beds are comfy so that helps

It appears that new ownership has recently taken over. This is my first time staying here, but there is a lot of renovation and updating going on. Having said that, my room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and quiet. Very nice interior courtyard with swimming pool. And it truly is right on the river. While there is a lot of renovation happening, it was handled well with very little, if any, disruption. Great value for the quality of the stay. I can see this as being a "destination" hotel if they are able to continue the upgrades. Pretty sure I will be paying more a year from now.

I felt like the customer service from the the guy who checked us in and the lady who checked us out was wonderful. The room was nice, price was reasonable. Breakfast was decent.

Safety issue, Locked exit door. Wing is being remodeled. No phone in room. No guidance to exits or hotel layout in the room. Limited guidance in other wings. TV is not setup properly. Toilet runs. Dusty studio room. Many other things. Booked thru Expedia so resolutions are limited.

Nice, clean hotel. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Only negatives were that the hot tub water was cloudy, so I didn’t use it although that was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The ice machine on level 2 was not working. The breakfast was OK, but the coffee was empty. Fortunately they had coffee near the check-in desk.

Needed a clean place tonsleep for a few hours and a shower before leaving at 5 am. Read the reviews and decided to give this place a chance. The reviews were spot on about cleanliness. The room was very clean, functional and great value for the price. The perfume/room Spray was string in the corridor but the room itself didn’t have any smells which is how I like it.

The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The renovations that were happening were sup-par. Broken marble in the hall ways. Floor carpet in the hallways didn’t match up. Room carpet pealing up dirty windows. Cheap looking, poor workmanship on the renovations. Would not stay here again.

They were doing renovations while we stayed, which seem just fine. The staff were less than accommodating and absent most of the time. I waited 10 mins at the front desk before calling the main number to get someone to help me check in. The breakfast was supposed to start at 7am. At 7:45, a clerk told me it would be 5 mins until coffee was ready. We ended up leaving at 8:10 without breakfast even being put out. It was a very disappointing experience.

Checking in was a nightmare. None of the rooms were cleaned according to the front desk. The laundry was the hold up. So if they were missing one wash cloth they wouldn’t release the room as cleaned. My room stunk like cigarettes, carpet was filthy and dirt in window sills. Extremely poor management. They have no idea what they are doing. Do not spend your money on this place.
