Full equipment beautiful covered terrace facing south to enjoy the view large space around the house overlooking the sea for all rooms with bay windows, all amenities nearby, shops restaurants and activities. This villa has a separate day and night area ideal for holidays it has a concrete access road with parking spaces. ( air conditioner )

Maison spacieuse et agréable avec vue exceptionnelle
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances dans cette villa que nous avons trouvée agréable, confortable et dont la vue nous a éblouie !
L’accueil de Catherine a été très chaleureux et elle a été très disponible et arrangeante.
La maison était comme neuve, très propre et nous avons vraiment apprécié la mise à disposition des consommables (savon, liquide vaisselle, papier toilette, serviettes….etc: même si utilisés avec parcimonie), la bonne literie et la climatisation!
Nous avons profité des deux plages de Tiuccia aussi bien à pied (10mns en descente) qu’en voiture (3mns).

Séjour très agréable - vue magnifique
Villa très bien équipée, et décorée avec goût. Bonne literie. Climatisation très appréciable car il faisait encore très chaud en ce mois de septembre. Terrasse abritée très agréable avec vue magnifique, au calme, mais avec restaurants et commerçants proches (SPAR et Super U à Sagone). Point de départ pour des excursions dans la région (Cargèse, Calanches de Piana, randonnées au départ d'Evisa...) et plusieurs belles plages à proximité.

Ein perfekter Urlaub in perfekter Lage
Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Toller Ausblick und Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Sehr angenehme Abwicklung von Check-In und -Out vor Ort. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen gern wieder.

De merveilleuses vacances
La maison bénéficie d'une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer , que ce soit de la terrasse ou des chambres.
La maison est très bien agencée, spacieuse, très bien décorée et avec tout le confort (excellente literie, tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires, même au-delà, internet.....)
Les alentours sont très calmes et la mer à moins de 10 minutes à pied.
Corinne, qui vous reçoit est très avenante, souriante et les échanges avec les propriétaires parfaits.
Si vous voulez des vacances au calme, avec la mer à 2 pas, et une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et les montagnes, n'hésitez plus.
Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir!

Das Haus ist gut, Lage optimal, aber Vorsicht - versteckte Kosten.
Das Haus ist gut, alles da, die Lage optimal, sehr ruhig und nah am Strand ( 5 - 10 Minuten zu Fuß), Lebensmittelgeschäft ist auch in wenigen Minuten beim Auto erreichbar. Sicht von der Terrasse ist fantastisch.
Versteckte Kosten - es wird zusätzlich einen Betrag für Endreinigung, Handtücher und Bettwäsche verlangt, obwohl das Haus gar nicht so billig ist und beim Buchen kein Wort davon sichtbar ist.
Ich habe WLAN als Suchkriterien eingegeben ( sehr wichtig für mich ) und das Haus wurde mir angeboten, aber es ist kein WLAN vorhanden.
Hausbesitzer hat 150 vom Kaution blockiert mit Begründung - in der Dusche wurden Haarfarbstoffspuren auf Fliesenabdichtung gefunden. Nur mit Hilfe von FeWo - Kundenservice konnte ich mein Kautionsgeld zurückbekommen.
