The spacious living room is perfect for entertaining and relaxing with a large flat screen TV, comfortable seating, and a cozy fireplace for those cooler nights. The fully equipped kitchen has been completely updated with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, perfect for whipping up a tasty meal. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this condo comfortably sleeps 7 guests.
The master bedroom has a king bed, private access to the balcony, smart TV, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has a full bunk beds on top and bottom along with a pull-out trundle, making it perfect for families or groups.
This home is now allowing 1 small dog up to 25lbs with $50 pet fee.
Everything you need for a perfect vacation is here at Sea Lions Den. Our home is fully equipped with beach chairs, a wagon, umbrella, and more in the storage unit for your use.

The inside was nicely decorated and furnished with supplies. A bit noisy from upstairs neighbors (can hear them walk loudly). Very close to beach access and local businesses. Building needs some maintenance. Overall was good!

Family Beach vacation
Took a family trip to Carolina Beach and the Sea Lions Den was the perfect place to stay. Very clean and modern condo with all that we needed and a short walk to the beach. If you're planning a beach trip I think you would be well served here. Only minor things I would point out that could be better: noise of guests above you can be worth noting and the pool could've used a cleaning.
