The location could not have been better. Right on the beach with awesome views and very close to all the amenities.The house itself is beautiful. Updated, comfortable and filled with everything anyone would likely need for a stay.Communications with our hosts were always returned in a timely manner.We wholeheartedly recommend this place and hope to return in the spring.

NEW & CLEAN. Property is right on the beach with a covered deck furnished with super nice outdoor furniture. There is a large living room with comfy couches and ottomans perfect for hanging out in the evening. We especially liked the safety of the house being not right on the road. Owners were available before the trip and during our entire stay responding to our messages very quickly.

What a gorgeous and private place!! You can tell there was lot of effort put in place to make sure it feels like home! Views, Amenities, furniture, appliances, dishes, elevator among other things are very well thought out. Linda was quick to respond on any questions we had. We just had such a great time with my parents and kids! We will definitely be back for vacation again. Thank you Linda and Dean for making our stay memorable.!!

Pictures do not do justice. This unit is stunning & the home owner was very quick to respond, when it was clearly our fault. The elevator is a life saver, especially transporting luggage & groceries to the 2nd floor. Our party consisted of 5 adults ranging in age from 20 to 81, and everyone has said, this is the nicest place we have ever stayed in, with many, many beach trips in the past. Having a private walkway to the beach was an added plus. I could go on, but anyone can clearly see, we had a wonderful time.

Family vacation

The property was beautiful. Looked exactly like the pictures. We came with our 2 adult children and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The finishings and furniture were very nice. The kitchen was very well supplied. There was nothing that we needed that was not there. The location is amazing. Only the length of the private walkway to get to the beach. Just put your chairs out on the beach early if you want a spot near the house as the beach gets crowded. Outside shower was a nice bonus as was the availability of beach chairs and a sun shade for the beach. We had a couple of very minor issues and the hosts were easily accessible and the issues were readily resolved. The only 2 negatives were- no beach towels provided as we flew there and had to pack an extra bag with beach towels. The other negative was that our flight landed early and we had checked a few days ahead to see if early check in was available, which it was- for 100 for each hour early. The problem was we had no car and needed to do something with our luggage but we were able to store our luggage at the house so it all worked out. We absolutely loved our stay at Carolina Beach, loved the fantastic home and Linda and Dean were great hosts. We would highly recommend staying here and if we came back to Carolina Beach, there is nowhere else we would want to stay.

The Perfect Beach Getaway!

We had the most incredible stay at this Beach Oasis! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had that perfect beachy vibe that instantly made us feel relaxed and at ease.The view was absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the sound of waves and having coffee on the deck with an oceanfront view was pure bliss. The beach was just steps away, and it felt like we had our own private slice of paradise.The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook meals when we wanted to stay in. The beds were super comfortable, and the whole space was thoughtfully designed with every little detail in mind.Linda was very communicative, helpful, and clearly takes pride in making her home a special experience. We’ve stayed in a lot of places, but this one is truly top-tier.We left feeling refreshed and already planning our return. Highly recommend — this place is a gem!

Lovely property with gorgeous views. Kitchen has everything you need to cook in and close enough to lots of great dining out options! Elevator makes hauling your luggage up to the second floor very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Love at First Sight!

From the moment you ride up the elevator (a necessity for us as two 70 year old seniors), and you enter directly into the unit, you will be amazed at how stunning the condo is. Perfectly described on the VRBO listing, you will enjoy ocean front views, a private ocean boardwalk to the water, beautiful furnishings, top-of -the-line appliances and extremely comfortable beds. There was nothing that needed to be provided except your own personal items and food for meals you wanted to cook. The location of the property is within a 5-15 minute drive of several restaurants. As we were visiting during Christmas week, a lot of places were closed but there were still excellent restaurants to enjoy and, if you are hikers, several trails at the end of the island in Kure Beach at the Fort Fisher State Historic Park.Linda, the owner, provided excellent and immediate response to any questions we had. We absolutely would recommend Ocean Oasis (the top floor for sure!) and will look forward to visiting again in the future. Thank you Linda for all your assistance and help during our stay. You are a remarkable host!

A 10 star stay!!!

I never write reviews but this condo deserves one!!! It was amazing! The sunrises were breathtaking, the unit was spotless! They supplied you with everything you could possibly need. The furniture was so comfortable. There is not a negative thing I can say. I know when we come back to Carolina Beach this is the only place we will ever stay at! Heavenly Place

This is a perfectly appointed house with everything you need to have an amazing vacation. They have thought of everything to make your stay easy. The Welcome booklet Linda and Dean put together is a one stop place for all the things you need to know about the house and the area. They checked in with us to make sure that we did not have any questions. Coffee on the deck, watching the dolphins and the surfers every morning. The beach is close and lovely. I can not say enough about how this was the right choice for a fall getaway! Thank you Linda and Dean for sharing your home.

Best beach stay ever!

Gorgeous home right on the beach with private walkway to the sand. The home is so beautiful and comfortable. From unobstructed sunrise views to the home being equipped with just about everything you could possibly need, this is the perfect beach home away from home. Only thing you need to bring is your suit and beach towels! Linda, the host, was so gracious and responded immediately to messaging. We could not have asked for a more wonderful host.

Golden Gable Girls Beach Gala

We could not have asked for a more lovely place to relax and heal with aging friends and family. Linda was the perfect host and accommodating in every way possible. My mother could not stop smiling as we sat on the spacious and comfortable deck overlooking the ocean. We look forward to returning again sometime and would highly recommend others to do the same.

Beautiful townhome, perfect

We stayed in this beautiful property for my infant grandson’s first trip to the beach. Although the weather did NOT cooperate, we enjoyed time together in the beautiful townhome. The home is beautifully decorated, everything is perfect and spotless. The home is furnished with anything you could possibly need. When the record breaking rain (18 plus inches) caused unprecedented flooding as we were supposed to be leaving, the hostess allowed us to stay an extra night until it was safe to leave. I cannot say enough good things about this property and the owner.

Amazing Place, Location and Host!
