Personal amable y atento. En cuanto a las instalaciones todo como nuevo. La única pega es q nuestra habitación estaba al lado de una especie de almacén y los trabajadores cuando iniciaban la jornada bastante temprano (5/6 de la mañana) hacían bastante ruido.

Hotel ILUNION Mérida Palace
Our experience was excellent since our arrival! They had valet parking!. The property is beautiful. Our bedroom was comfortable and offered views. It included a nice breakfast buffet. It is located inside the historic center of Mérida and you can walk to the historic sites.
