Cocoonr offers this single-storey Provencal-style house with private swimming pool in Carcès, set in grounds of vines and woodland, guaranteeing total peace and quiet, just 3 km from a typical village with shops and a local market. The 125 m² house can accommodate up to 6 guests. Quiet, authentic, unoverlooked, perfect for a digital detox.

It comprises a 32 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower or bath), and a 14,500 m² garden (with partial PRM access) for a peaceful stay. Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- 32 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A laundry area
- Bedroom 1: with a bunk bed (sleeps two)
- Bedroom 2: with a king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 3: a suite with a king-size bed (200×200) (with walk-in shower, WC and washbasin) and PRM facilities
- A bathroom (with bath) and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, cot, plancha, fan.

Outside :
- An 8x5m swimming pool (private, unheated), open from early May to late September. The pool area is enclosed and equipped with sun loungers and a shaded area with furniture.
- A private garden of around 14,500 m², maintained by a landscape gardener, as well as a petanque area.
- Terrace 1: 17 m², south-facing with furniture
- Terrace 2: 12 m², shaded by vegetation, with furniture. Ideal for lunch.

The house is ideally located in Carcès, in a very pleasant, peaceful setting with no neighbours. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are within easy reach.

Other notes:
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are provided.
- As the property is situated on a vineyard, farming activities may take place early in the morning or late at night during the grape harvest (from 20 August to 20 September).
- The fireplace is not in working order and cannot be used.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please ensure you leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming. Opening dates are subject to change and are dependent on favourable weather conditions.
- The living room and the two large bedrooms in the house are air-conditioned.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the reception staff. A flat-rate surcharge may be applied.
- To ensure the gardens are maintained to a high standard, a gardener visits once or twice a month. The swimming pool may be serviced once or twice a week. The concierge will notify you 48 to 72 hours before each visit.
