Room was clean and spacious. Finding this hotel is a bit challenging as the gps put us on an alleyand you cant get to the hotel with our own car . I climbed up 3 flights of stairs, got into the rampants and had to ask people where this hotel is. We finally found it. Gave the location to my husband (in the car). The hotel then sends someone to guide my husband to the parking lot. The guide then put all our luggages in his little carand drive them up to the hotel. Other than this, it was a pleasant stay.

It was okay. Nice check in. The bar was terrible and some of te staff was very unexperienced. The lobby was quite worn out, and so was the rest of the hotel as well. But it was clean and everything worked well. The room was not as nice as the pictures, but it was okay. We did not like that the wc and bathroom was two different rooms. Then it was s little bit problems when booking their restaurant via the web page. We got the confirmation from anorher restaurant!

A lovely hotel in the heart of medieval Carcassonne with lots of cafes, restaurants and beautiful shops all on the doorstep. Staff on reception, at breakfast and cleaning were all great and attentive. Our suite room was spacious, with a great coffee machine and toiletries. The garden was a nice quiet space to sit and enjoy some sunshine.
