Fabulous newly built home with wonderful views down valley near Basalt 9 miles.

Wonderfully comfortable, beautifully presented new home with excellent amenities. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, comfortable beds with cotton sheets and feather pillows. Great place to relax, just sit back and enjoy the views! There is a babbling stream at the bottom of the large garden, with deer coming to visit! Great cycling, walking trails within a stones throw of the property. Skiing 1/2 hour away close to Aspen/Snowmass. Within the neighborhood is a walking trail, volleyball court, plus swimming pool and children’s playground. There are many wonderful restaurants locally, plus easy access to shopping in Willetts, Basalt and Carbondale. Local grocery stores include Whole Foods and a huge City Market. A number of golf clubs nearby including Roaring Fork, River Valley Ranch, Aspen Glen. The polo field is a few minutes away across highway 82.

Ski Trip Perfection

Beautiful property, spacious and comfortable accommodations, and conveniently located near downtown Carbondale and the Aspen Snowmass Ski areas. My family and I loved this house and would definitely book again. Everything you need for nights you want to stay in, cook dinner and relax by the fire with a movie. Especially loved that all bedrooms have enough suite bathrooms!

Scenic Property & Neighborhood

We stayed here with three generations of family and had an amazing week of activities in Vail, Glenwood Springs and Aspen/Snowmass. The location allowed us to see and do many different things without traveling more than an hour away at a time. The house was very modern and spacious which was perfect for our family for 6 days. Our favorite parts were the huge outdoor balcony with gorgeous views and barbecue, kids bunkbeds (which they turned into forts), large kitchen which was fully stocked, Peleton bike, walking/running trail behind the house, and neighborhood pool.

Amazing property

Our family traveled for yearly skiing trip to Snowmass. The house is 30 min drive from Snowmass Village. We loved it. The house is spacious, beautiful with great view. There are lots of little extras, which save you from making immediate trip to the store upon arrival like coffee, condiments, bathroom essentials. We will be back for future winter or summer vacation

Perfect family house

This four bedroom with an unobstructed Mountain View is perfect for the family getaway. The nursery setup is an added bonus. Beautifully decorated with the most fully equipped kitchen we’ve experienced in our world rental experience added to the relaxing stay. Basalt and Carbondale are close by and have a full range of retail and dining experiences. We hope to be able to return.
