The only reasonable hotel in the area but very pleased with all facilities. Good breakfast and good restaurant, nice pool . Staff very helpful and cheerful. A good stay.

Hôtel vieillissant. Peinture écaillée dans les couloirs, odeur d'humidité. Ménage perfectible dans les chambres: poubelle salle de bain non vidée, grille VMC salle de bain pleine de poussière. Plus rien au petit déjeuner en arrivant 45 min avant la fin. Plis de vienoisseries, plus de café, plus de jus d orange. Quelques tranches de brioche sèches sûrement de la veille voire plus. Malgré ma remarque, aucun geste commercial en compensation. Cela aurait été appréciable.

Séjour moyen. Pas de clim dans la chambre, il fait très chaud. Pas de vrai barman au Casino, donc un verre servi pas acceptable du tout. Un petit plus pour le buffet pour les joueurs le midi. Mais aucune information pour celui du soir, à priori, en sous sol ! Contente d'être informée quand c'est terminé !

Hotel très bien, très agréable. La terrasse est un plus ainsi que la piscine. dommage que la météo ne nous ai pas permis d'en profiter. J'ai juste trouvé l'accueil un peu froid, pas mauvais mais froid.

Accueil pas terrible??Au bar je demande un gin tonic:ni citron,ni glacon,ni touilleur?on revient a la chambre pour prendre une douche,puis au casino le monsieur nous demande encore les papiers.cet hotel n est pas a conseiller?le soir pas de repas,on a du manger ailleurs?ce ne sont pas des pros.Tout est a refaire!les machines sont vielles.Pourtant belle situation

Calme et confortable

Hôtel calme (en fait immense et désert hors saison) et confortable, chambre propre et personnel disponible. Seul regret, le restaurant qui avait l'air super est fermé les lundi et mardi et trouver un restaurant ouvert le lundi n'est pas évident à Lannemezan. Petit déjeuner un peu light.
