Summary:
Welcome to Sea U Soon- An exceptional residence that exudes quintessential Captiva charm with a decidedly modern flare, featuring handcrafted interior design, a lush outdoor landscape with built in kitchen and heated pool, and a true chef's kitchen with custom banquet. Location, location, location- with soaring gulf and bay views from the rooftop sundeck, and just steps to white sand beaches, shopping and dining, guests will find themselves perfectly positioned to enjoy all that Captiva has to offer.

The Space:
Sea U Soon is divided across four bedrooms and four bathrooms of the following configurations- Master bedroom located on the 3rd level of the home features a king bed and bathroom with walk in shower, soaking tub, and dual vanities. Guest bedroom 1 is located on the 2nd level of the home and features a queen bed with a bathroom located just across the hallway featuring dual vanities and a walk in shower. Guest bedroom 2 is located on the 3rd level and features a queen bed. Guest bedroom 3 is located on the 3rd level and features a double trundle bed. There is a bathroom located between the two bedrooms that features dual vanities and a large walk in shower. There is also a pool bathroom on the ground level with a single vanity and walk in shower.

Proceeding back down the stairs from the 3rd level, guests will find the kitchen and living rooms, both with screened lanai access. As the pictures portray, the kitchen features a beautiful banquet and backsplash that incorporates 300 year old Portuguese tiles. All appliances are GE Cafe. There is a washer and dryer room located off of the living room in the hallway.

On the 1st level of the home guests will find split garages with a gate in the center leading to the pool deck and back yard area, featuring a built in outdoor kitchen, large heated pool, and large dining area with seating for up to six guests.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entirety of the home, pool, pool bathrooms, and outdoor built-in kitchen.

5 stars isn’t enough!!

We had the absolute best vacation at Sea U Soon!! Four adults and four kiddos ages 4-9. The house is immaculate. The outdoor grilling and dining area is top notch and the location in Captiva village is perfect. Palmer took care of everything we needed and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Absolutely Spectacular Home!

This four bedroom home is absolutely stunning. The pictures do not do it justice. It has high ceilings, beautiful craftsmanship, great kitchen, beautiful bedrooms and linens and a stunning pool and outdoor grill. We were there with our teenagers and had an amazing time. It is on the beach block and everything is perfect. Best sunsets from the beach! Highly recommend

Nice House in a Great Location

We've stayed at many houses on Captiva, and this was among the best. The house is beautiful, with a great outdoor area and pool. Although we had A/C issues while at the property (it was a very hot week), the management company, Rosen Vacations, was very responsive and did their best to get the A/C repaired for us. We would return to this property.

Beautiful property well-maintained very nice unfortunately we had a problem with the sink the entire time I replaced batteries and got it to work then we had a problem with the hot water then the garbage disposal wouldn’t work so it was trying, but everything seem to work out OK .

Lovely place. Enjoyed it very much. FYI, the pool guy came towards the end of the week and said that the pool pump was not working after all the rain. You may want to have it checked. Also, we could not get any hot water in the bathtub in the master bath, or at the kitchen sink. No real worries for us, but suggest that you check it out. Finally, please check the tv and fan remotes, several did not have batteries that worked, or any batteries at all.
