Welcome to La Brisa, a fabulous 6-bedroom home on North Captiva Island, offering luxurious accommodations for up to 14 guests. This spacious home includes a private pool, rec room, media room, and two golf carts for easy island exploration.



The large living area features a 10-seat dining table and a bar, perfect for entertaining. The media room is equipped with a 50` TV, and the rec room includes a poker table and foosball. Outside, enjoy the screened pool, sun deck, and pool kitchen with a gas grill. Each bedroom is decorated with a beachy theme, providing a comfortable retreat.



Guests have full access to North Captiva Island Club amenities, including pools, a hot tub, sports courts, kayaks, and more. The island, accessible only by ferry, private boat, or plane, offers a unique `Old Florida` experience with pristine beaches and a tranquil atmosphere.



The small-town charm provides a peaceful retreat, with dining options at Mangos Pool Bar and Boathouse Restaurant. The nearest airports are in Fort Myers and Punta Gorda. Please remember to bring supplies, as local amenities are limited.



Our team is available to assist throughout your stay, ensuring a seamless check-in experience and providing local recommendations. Pets and smoking inside are not allowed. Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am.
