Wonderful Week!!!

We can't say enough great things about our stay. The house was beautiful (the pictures don't do it justice). Clean and ready for us when we arrived. Most of our time was spent either by the pool, or hanging out in the family room. The pool was refreshing and the outdoor fans in the lanai made very hot days comfortable. Ralf (property manager) was friendly and very responsive. We really appreciated some of the small things: - Ralf called after we had checked in to ensure everything was okay - Some of the basics were provided in the house to get us started (hand soap, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, rolls of toilet paper, etc) - A fully charged wireless speaker so we could listen to music by the pool - The appliances were incredibly quiet. It might not seem like a big deal but in an open concept house it is really nice when the microwave and dishwasher are whisper quiet Overall it was a fantastic relaxing family holiday. Just what we needed on our first vacation since the pandemic.

Perfect Destination

My family and I were craving a relaxing, and comfortable vacation. This house fit our standards and expectations perfectly! We wanted to spend majority of our time vacationing swimming in the pool, and lounging around the house, and this house exceeded our expectations! It was very enjoyable. The cleanliness was amazing, and appreciated it greatly. The dock next to the canal was absolutely stunning. The house is beautiful! Thank you for your beloved home!

This is a beautiful, impeccably maintained home on a beautiful canal! Sunsets at the dock were majestic. We watched manatees cruising to canal!

We loved this property. The home,pool,yard are all beautiful. The tv was hard to learn as we never used a "fire stick" before so the manager helped us. Only the main tv has a cable box. The bricks around water feature are not attached so beware if you have children. We really enjoyed this home and the host and manager were both awesome. You do have to pay your own electric bill so keep that in mind. This was the first time we had to do this in 15 years of renting.

Relaxing Florida Vacation

The property is newly updated with new furniture and costal decor. The kitchen is also updated but not the most functional because all key components are too far from each other, for instance, the garbage is not right next to the sink, and the stove is too far away from everything. Also the island in the middle makes maneuvering around the space much harder. Since the house is older and they have only updated the bathrooms partially, one of the toilets was leaking the whole time and was causing noise. The beds were not very comfortable and there was not a lot of choice of different sleeping pillows, so I had to go to the store and buy a softer pillow for my kiddos, as the pillows in the house were too bulky. The pool and the garden are beautiful though. The jacuzzi was an added bonus but on the second day, the water inside became murky. Thankfully the property manager explained that I should be putting chemicals every 2-3 days, and so I did, but the water stayed murky until the pool guy came and fixed it a few days later. By the end of our stay the jacuzzi walls were partially covered in some scum and it was not very sanitary to use. I would expect better maintenance from the property management. Speaking of the property manager, I only spoke to him when he came for check in and check out and he always seemed in a hurry. If I hadn't asked him about the jacuzzi I would have never known to put something in the water to clean it. I tried to call him and then texted him a few days later for another issue and he did not get back to me at all. We also couldn't find a garage door opener anywhere, but I did not bother to ask him because of his lack of communication. He did fix one problem though: he turned off the front lights of the house at night because they were too bright for the people who slept in the two small bedrooms at the front of the house. And that said, the bedrooms do not have black out curtains or any kind of coverings that would block out the lights at night and in the morning. The neighborhood is not the quietest, given the fact that the main road is so close and you can hear constant traffic noise. But despite all these little issues we still had a good time and enjoyed our stay. I just don't think I would go back to that particular house or would recommend it to any of my friends, especially for the money we paid.
