To say the experience was terrible is an understatement. We ended up cancelling our family vacation the night before we were set to fly to Florida for a week long Christmas vacation. Our family has rented over 30 properties via VRBO over the last 20years. This is the only time where we dealt with a 'host' in Dream Vacations Florida that was not forthright about the condition of the property/key amenities. This host is not to be trusted.

Perfect stay, perfect view!

Very comfortable and clean home with incredible view and good location! We spent most of our time on the lanai and in the pool which was perfect. We do wish there would have been a bit more lighting in the home. Overall, we would stay here again if we come back to the area.

Villa Roseagarden

The Villa Roseagarden is a beautiful home. We enjoyed our stay very much. The boating access is wonderful. It is very close to restaurants and grocery stores. The property manager was very helpful. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Gorgeous outdoor space

The property grounds are beautiful. The house sits on a large canal that is perfect for fishing or relaxing at the Tiki Hut. The pool and jacuzzi functioned without issue. House is as described and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet but close to restaurants. About 35 mins to Sanibel Beaches.

Location, Location, Location!

My first impression of this property was when we drove down the street and found it was lined with tall Royal Palms and the well kept upscale homes with beautiful landscaping. The view from the lanai is spectacular with gorgeous sunsets most of the evenings. It’s very close to the Westin Hotel with restaurants and shops and a dog park and walking path.

Very Nice!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and the location was excellent. We were hoping to rent the boat that was docked outside the home but were told it was only for the home owner's use which was disappointing but we loved the view, the pool, the quiet neighborhood, and communication with the property manager was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

Wish we could have stayed - great home!

Beds were comfy. Kitchen up-to-date and well equipped. Brigette was very helpful and there was a very comprehensive book on the area with things to do, etc. Spa and pool were absolutely wonderful! We used live shrimp to fish off the dock and caught about 10 snapper, 1 puffer fish, 2 catfish, an amber jack, and my favorite was a small snook. All were too small to eat but the children and I had a great time while their mom sunbathed. Location is close enough to Sanibel Island that we drove there several times to go shelling. Grocery store very close. Beautiful scenery out the back of the home. Quiet neighborhood with lots of walkers and bikers. Kayaks and bikes available for you to use. You won't regret a stay here!

The Spa

my daughter-in-law needs to have a heated spa for her knee and joints, unfortunately it had an electrical issue and never heated up. The house was lovely, some towels hanging up in the bathroom smelled like mildew...(I did bring my own towels and pillows.) We washed them to try to get the smell out. Everything was nice and we did enjoy ourselves.
