Welcome to our peaceful 50+ shared home retreat in sunny Cape Coral, Florida-perfect for mature guests seeking comfort, relaxation, and friendly company. This waterfront property offers several thoughtfully furnished private guest rooms, each with access to inviting and well-maintained shared living spaces.

Enjoy full use of the fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a den with a desk and workspace-ideal for reading, remote work, or quiet reflection. Step outside to the screened lanai and heated pool, or spend your evenings relaxing by the grill and fire table as you take in tranquil views of the freshwater canal.

Guests can also enjoy kayaking right from the backyard, try their hand at fishing from the dock, or play a few yard games under the Florida sun. An outdoor shower and half bath add to the convenience and comfort of your stay.

Each room includes one assigned parking space. While there is no host on-site, we’re always just a message, call, or text away and happy to help throughout your stay.
