The Space:

Picture waking up just steps from the sand, with the morning sun already warming the Cape Canaveral coastline. From your private patio you might catch a rocket lighting up the sky before the day even begins, and by afternoon you're floating in the pool or walking the short two miles to Port Canaveral to catch your cruise. This updated condo puts you right in the middle of it all.



Living space

The open living area is comfortable and ready for the whole group to relax together after a day in the sun or on the water. A TV keeps everyone entertained on slower evenings, and the dedicated workspace means you can stay connected if you need to check in on things back home. Air conditioning and heating keep the space comfortable no matter the time of year.

Sleeping arrangements



Four bedrooms sleep up to 8 guests comfortably, each outfitted with bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades for restful nights after busy beach days. Closets and clothing storage give everyone room to unpack and settle in, and a washer and dryer mean you can pack lighter and do laundry mid-trip.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook for the whole group, with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and all the cooking basics, dishes, and silverware you'll need. Start the morning with a cup from the coffee maker, or pop in a slice with the toaster before heading out for the day.



Bathroom

Both full bathrooms come stocked with shampoo, body soap, and hair dryers, plus a bathtub for unwinding after time at the beach or pool. Hot water and fresh towels round out the essentials.



Outdoor space & pool

Step outside to your private patio or relax in the backyard before heading to the on-site pool. Beach essentials, including towels, an umbrella, and snorkeling gear, are provided so you can head straight to the sand just steps from the condo without packing extra gear.



Location

You're only about two miles from Port Canaveral, making this an easy stop before or after a cruise, and close enough to the launch pads that rocket launches are visible right from the property. Free parking on premises and free street parking make coming and going simple, and self check-in with a smart lock means you can settle in on your own schedule. Pets are allowed, so the whole family can come along.

We provide keyless entry with digital door locks.



The Neighborhood:

Our condo is located on the Space Coast in Cape Canaveral, just 20 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center. And if you want to explore further, our location provides easy access to travel to Orlando. With the beach and rocket launches just steps away, you won't find a better spot to enjoy everything the area has to offer.



Getting Around:

Plenty of space for on site parking. Very close to SR528 and SR520 intersections that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly.



Uber and Lift are prevalent and efficient in the area as well.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.

-Mailbox access is not available for guests

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.
