Was able to check in at 1pm for a regular 4pm checking. Rooms on 2nd of 5 floors. Nice rooms with large refrigerator, microwave, king bed. Easy one or walk to pool. Nice pool area.

Clean room, by the pool bar they allow smoking. When I walked into the lobby and said hello to the three people at the desk no one even bothered to look up they just kept speaking to each other so I stood there for a couple of minutes till one of them finally asked if I was checking in.

we’ve traveled a lot, but we have never had the kind of service the two desk clerks at your hotel gave us while we stayed there yesterday and today. Stephanie needs a pay raise. She was knowledgeable helpful about restaurants went out of her way to literally make our stay worthwhile. She did a fantastic job of that. We will be back there looking to stay when she’s on duty next time.
