Bel appartement dans un e noroĂźt passant
Super appartement bien situé prÚs du port et bien exposé. Trop prÚs d ailleurs car le matin tÎt, les livreurs des restaurants stationnent sous l appartement , et le soir l accÚs au port pour les véhicules est dévié justement sur la rue de Madrid .
La place de parking est souvent bloquée par des véhicules .

Dommage .!
Appartement trÚs récent, bien situé, confortable et bien meublé. Des petits défauts de jeunesse : dans les placards les verres sont posés sur des morceaux de papier essuie tout, pas trÚs classe, la seule machine à café fonctionne avec des capsules Dolce gusto, aucun porte-manteaux. Le vrai souci c'est l'accueil inexistant ( clefs à récupérer dans un coffre devant l'agence), il faisait 14 degrés dans l'appart quand nous sommes arrivés car le chauffage était éteint et nous n'avions aucun document expliquant le fonctionnement du thermostat. Idem pour le Wifi, à nous de nous débrouiller pour récupérer la clef de sécurité. Et surtout le ménage n'avait pas été fait : de longs cheveux sur le sol de la salle de bain, la cuvette des wc pleine de papier toilette jaunùtre, la poubelle non vidée, beurk ! Restés 3 jours, nous n'avons eu aucune réponse à nos mails réclamant des explications. C'est inadmissible.
