L'accueil de Madame Fradin a été tout à fait extraordinaire. L'hôtel est très bien tenu. Tout près des transports en commun pour ce diriger vers le centre touristique de Cannes, on peut même marcher environ 30 minutes pour s'y rendre. Chambre parfaite pour un moyen ou long séjour. Je recommande l'endroit sans problème!

Un riferimento certo...

Tornata per la seconda volta a Le Massena per la sua strategica ubicazione a Cannes, in una zona dove è possibile anche trovare parcheggio gratuito, le mie aspettative sono state riconfermate. Monolocali luminosi, ampi e ben attrezzati , ideale anche per un soggiorni prolungati. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ho purtroppo appreso però che la struttura chiuderà in autunno per essere probabilmente convertita in altra tipologia di struttura. Consiglio comunque a chi soggiornerà a Cannes entro il mese di considerare questa soluzione. Tariffe per la prima colazione facoltativa ( 8 €) e parcheggio ( 7 €) a notte sono più che vantaggiosi in rapporto alla media locale,.

Residence tout à fait correcte vu le prix. Le personnel est à l'écoute et très sympathique. Les chambres sont propres, bien équipées. La présence d'un parking privé est un plus tout comme le desserte en bus qui est à 2 pas. Dommage que le changement de propriétaire entraîne la fermeture de la structure.

Bon séjour à la massena

Nous avons une belle offre pour 3 nuits (207€) pas facile d'en trouver une comme celle ci à cette période. Le personnel d'en l'accueil est très souriant cela fait plaisir et donne envie de revenir. L'établissement est est bon état, la chambre est assez grande (4personnes) matelas 2 aces très comporta les. Sdb nickel, seul bémol les plaques de cuisson sont lente pour cuisiner et une prise arraché du mur n'as pas êtes réparé pas très joli à voir et même dans dangereux. La décoration pourrait être à revoir (+moderne). Belle terrasse pour se détendre avec un jardin accessible auberge personnes de l'hôtel. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Nous devons revenir à Cannes.

Lors de notre prochaine venue à Cannes ,nous avons déjà réservé un autre hôtel car la déception à été grande dans cet hôtel qui nous avait été réservé par des amis,car le linge de toilette n'a pas été changé durant les 3 jours,le ménage inexistant, le lavabo qui ne retenait pas l'eau, l'eau chaude inversée au robinet ainsi qu'à la baignoire, le flexible de douche qui fuyait,le spot au-dessus du lavabo qui s'éteignait au bout d'un certain moment. En arrivant à la réception, nous avons exprimé le choix d'une chambre tranquille pour nous reposer et non être dérangé par le bruit de la circulation ou par le passage des éboueurs vers 6h. La réponse de la réceptionniste nous a laissé perplexe en nous invoquant que les fenêtres étaient équipées d'un double vitrage. Comme notre séjour a été bruyant, nous avons fait un autre choix. Bonne journée.

20 min walk to the beach

Very nice hotel with kitchen and big bathroom. The only problem was the floor.it was a bit dirty from the beginning. We could feel the crumbs on our feet . otherwise everything was very nice.

Lovely budget hotel

Only a 30 mins drive from Nice airport and cost €52 euros with Uber. If you try to get a local cab at the airport they will extort you by charging you per person!!! €90 euros I got quoted for my 2 friends and I. The apartment was clean enough for a 3 days stay to tour Cannes,Nice,St. Tropez. It's a 15 minutes walk into Cannes city city where you find Cannes heights, Mcdonalds, Subway etc. The apartment has cooking facilities and a fridge which we didn't really take advantage of. I was extremely surprised that they didn't bother to provide us with washing up liquid and I guess this is because they had a dishwasher and provided a tablet. Nevertheless it was extremely cheap and I would recommend it for those who are on a budget and would like to tour Cannes. We did excursions etc therefore didn't stay in the room during the day. Pretty much just used it to sleep. The cleanliness of the apartment is not the best and needs TLC but then again I cannot complain for the price I paid. The receptionist are amazing!! They thoroughly enjoy what they do and go out of their way and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay by explaining the local area in details. Also Nice/Monaco is a 30 minute journey away by train so I would recommend getting the train to the airport on departure as it's only €9. The beds are quite hard as they're sofa beds however they're not uncomfortable. We also had the advantage of being on the ground floor which had a back yard to it. The beach is also a 20 mins walk

siamo stati in questa struttura per motivi di lavoro. Ottima la posizione , le camere sono spaziose,la cucina è ben fornita con tutti gli utensili e le stoviglie vertice. Buona la connessione internet e la TV via cavo (si vedono i canali Rai gratuitamente senza costi aggiuntivi). Consiglio a tutti questo apparthotel sia per motivo di lavoro che per villeggiatura.

Convenient, friendly and reasonably priced.

Staff were great, very helpful. They were having the lift refurbished so gave us car parking for free and let us keep the car there until the end of our check out day... saved us some cash!
