Great location, exceptional property

Sarah the receptionist was smiling, patient, and so helpful. Next day (May 29) there was another lady who was rude, she should be replaced. Property is exceptional, location is superb, just a short walk to Antibes Rd and the beach. Every detail had been thought of, the accommodation did not lack anything! The bathroom was well equipped and even had a cooler/heater. Very clean. Definitely recommend!

Great location, lovely staff but lacked ..

I like the location & the staff - but in the 4 days, I had to ask for towels & I ran out of toilet paper when the desk was shut so I ended up taking some from the public bathroom. Sorry I was desperate. The room wasn’t that clean when I arrived, it wasn’t filthy but it didn’t feel like the last time I stayed. In 4 days there was no housekeeping (maybe that’s the case, maybe last time I stayed longer so it occurred) but some fresh towels & definitely toilet roll was needed.

very good hotel, we were very pleased! The embankment is within walking distance, grocery stores are nearby, and the hotel has convenient underground parking. The room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom and toilet are separate, which is always good. The bed is comfortable and there is a folding sofa.

Disappointing to say the least..

The photos of this hotel are a misrepresentation of reality. We came 40 minutes before check in at 3pm and the room was still not ready. Not to mention, when the receptionist gave us to key to go upstairs to our room, they were still cleaning and we heard the hotel manager telling the cleaning person “c’est dégustasse » multiple times which means it’s disgusting. Indeed once we entered the room, it was outdated and there were stains all OVER - even the curtains. I could not sleep thinking what kind of bodily stains there were on the bed. The mattress was not even protected correctly. This is just a BIG red flag. Avoid.

Wonderful place to stay in Cannes

We stayed here two nights and have no complaints. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. We had a larger studio with sofa. The kitchenette was well-stocked with dishes, utensils, tableware, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc. Everything was clean and in good condition. There is a large grocery1/2 block away. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station. Everyone on staff was pleasant and helpful. Great staff. We did not have breakfast because we had to leave very early each morning. They have a pleasant area in the lobby for breakfast and there is seating outdoors in a courtyard for warmer weather. Overall a good choice in Cannes.

Was always curious about this hotel brand. Not impressed: too many small, disconnected rooms. cold, sterile decor. Not inviting at all. Good for family, not for solo traveler. Location also offered little or no restaurant options. On positive note, apartment was clean, but bed was too small (child size twin bed). Curiosity satisfied—not for me.

The room did not match the images shown on-line. The room did not include two double beds as confirmed on our booking. When confronted, the hotel manager was unhelpful and arrogant.

The hotel itself is conveniently located, an easy walk to the promenade, the room was clean, comfortable and in good condition. Room is like a small studio with separate areas (living, bedroom, bath and kitchen) and kitchen is equipped for cooking.Good value for the area and perfect for an extended stay. Check in was not smooth. We were told we didn't have a reservation, and that the hotel was completely booked. When we showed our booking confirmation, we had to wait a long time before we were given a room. Strange,how a room magically appeared! Staff was rushed and not particularly helpful when we inquired about parking.
