The owner (JM) met us at the property and gave us a good tour around - showing all the points of note. He was extremely communicative prior to and at arrival. He spoke excellent English making things easier. Nothing was too much trouble. The kitchen was well equipped with all the expected gadgets - toasters, kettles, coffee makers etc. The property was located within easy walking distance of Canet plage and all the activities. Aircon was available in the top two bedrooms which was welcome during the heatwave! House was clean and well presented. Hot water was always available immediately from the taps in kitchen and bathroom. Washing machine available also. The outside area at the rear - was an excellent addition. There was a covered portion which meant that we could eat in the shade. Overall we had a very successful and enjoyable stay. Recommended.

Calm, convenient and convivial.

This house is tastefully decorated, modern, spacious and perfectly situated. It ticked every box for us...2 bathrooms, easy parking, outdoor space, calm, quiet area yet within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. Highly recommend it 👌.

La maison est spacieuse, dĂ©corĂ©e, agrĂ©able Ă  vivre Ă  6 personnes, et bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Le grand canapĂ© dans le salon est confortable, la cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e et fonctionelle, le garage pour entreposer des affaires est un plus, la chambre et la salle de bain au RDC est un atout pour une personne Ă  mobilite rĂ©duite, ainsi que les 2 chambres Ă  l'Ă©tage et une salle de bain supplĂ©mentaire rendent cette maison trĂšs fonctionnelle. Il est facile de se garer Ă  2 voitures, ce qui est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable Ă©galement. Nous y avons sejournĂ© pour les fĂȘtes de NoĂ«l et n’avons pas pu profiter de la veranda et du patio, car il a plu tout le temps de notre sĂ©jour, mais la maison est suffisamment spacieuse pour avoir chacun trouvĂ© notre espace. Elle est bien situĂ©e, au calme tout en Ă©tant Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied du bord de mer, de ses restaurants et autres attractions. Les attraits touristiques de la region sont nombreux, dont l’aquarium de Canet qui permet de dĂ©couvrir des poissons hauts en couleurs. MĂȘme si nous n'avons pas pu rencontrer Jean Marie, le propriĂ©taire, il s'est rendu trĂšs disponible et facilitant par tĂ©lĂ©phone, et son sens de l'accueil est Ă  largement souligner. Merci Ă  vous.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Le logement est propre, spacieux et bien équipé. L'emplacement est idéal, proche de toutes les commodités mais suffisamment calme. Jean Marie est un propriétaire accueillant et disponible.

TrÚs agréable maison

Une jolie maison conforme aux photos et à la description, à moins de 10 min de marche du bord de mer, propre et bien équipée. Lits trÚs confortables et salles de bains propres et fonctionnelles. Nos enfants ont pu profiter en autonomie de la plage et des animations estivales à Canet. Nous avons pu profiter de la plage publique avec notre toutou. Bref, tout le monde y a trouvé son compte !

Maison trÚs agréable proche de la plage

Nous avons passé un trÚs agréable séjour avec nos ados : la maison est trÚs bien équipée et située dans un quartier trÚs calme tout en étant à 5 / 7 min à pied de la plage et du centre ville. Mention spéciale à nos hÎtes qui ont fait tout ce qu'ils pouvaient pour rendre notre séjour agréable.

Prima huis op fijne locatie, dichtbij strand

Super! Fijn gemoderniseerd ruim huis! 2 slaapkamers, aparte toilet en een badkamer op de eerste verdieping. Beneden 1 slaapkamer, aparte toilet en badkamer. In de woonkamer grote fijne bank en tv/audio aansluitend de keuken met alle nodige apparatuur (waaronder nespresso koffieapparaat) Alles aanwezig en werkt goed. Ruime serre en daarna de patio/tuin en overkapping. Enige minpuntje is dat alleen boven op de 2 slaapkamers airco is. Beneden is het daardoor erg warm in de zomer.

Samedi 29 juin en dĂ©but d aprĂšs midi un violent orage s est dĂ©clenchĂ© gĂ©nĂ©rant des fuites d eau dans la vĂ©randa attenante Ă  la cuisine Nous avons rapidement prendre rĂ©cipient pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer eau tombante du plafond et Ă©ponger l eau sur toute la surface de la vĂ©randa et suite Ă  cela des dysfonctionnements Ă©lectriques sont survenus plusieurs prises ne fonctionnent plus ainsi que le frigo lave-vaisselle plaque chauffante etc
 le propriĂ©taire a Ă©tĂ© averti ( Ă©tant Ă  plus de 2h de route a demandĂ© Ă  quelqu’un sur place d intervenir pas pas disponible ) nous avons dĂ» solliciter les voisins pour chauffer le repas du samedi soir et laver la vaisselle Ă  la main ! On a demandĂ© une compensation au propriĂ©taire au tĂ©lĂ©phone il Ă  proposĂ© un week-end gratuit puis relancĂ© par sms sa proposition . Mais il n a a ce jour rien confirmĂ© . Merci un dossier de litige ( photo et vidĂ©o sont disponibles si nĂ©cessaire

Vacances a canet en roussillon

Cette maison est tres agreable spacieuse et trĂšs bien entretenue. Elle est situee a 10 mn a pieds de la plage oĂč se trouvent beaucoup de restaurants. Un petit marchĂ© oĂč nous pouvons nous rendre a pieds egalement a lieu plusieurs dois par semaine. Il y a possibilitĂ© de stannionner devant la maison Nous recommandons cette jolie maison er surtout la qualitĂ© de l accueil des hotes.

Hemos pasado 5 días en Francia y la estancia no ha podido ser mejor todo nuevo y como si estuviera en casa. Sitio cerca de Le Barcares, perpinyan a pie de playa. Bien comunicado con tiendas y servicios. La casa para ir con niños estaba perfecta El anfitrión un 10 también Repetiremos seguro
