Great spirit in the staff, real care for the guests. The rooms were well furnished, with really nice wooden fixtures, marble in the bathroom.

We loved our time here. Fib Eason into Canazei and lots of great hiking nearby. Hope to stay again!

Hotel could be nice but it is not a 4 star

From the arrival the hotel already presented itself as not keeping up with the promise of a 4 stars. The check in was impersonal and without good direction to the room that was erroneously marked on a different floor. The room had not been warmed up (it was around 45 F outside) and it took a couple of hours to get to a comfortable temperature. Breakfast was included with the room and again it was very impersonal with no staff present in the breakfast room and with all food pre-packaged obviously nothing had been prepared on the premises. I would not qualify either the service, the staff or the Hotel as a 4 star.

Great hotel with stunning views

Great hotel with stunning views rooms are spacious and comfortable, plenty of safe parking, excellent restaurant but limited choice of food, but there are plenty of restaurants near by, excellent base for exploring the dolomites for a few days by car really would recommend this hotel

WELLNESS HOTEL - LUPO BIANCO- DOLOMITES

Superb Hotel in the most beatiful location you could imagine in the centre of the Dolomite mountains. Stunning location. Very helpful and professional staff , Excellent food at reasonable prices. Wellness centre spa/sauna/ steam rooms etc. all superb and welcome after a days trecking. Rooms excellent and clean with great views from balconies.

Vi bodde i en svit med en stor balkong, med sköna möbler och en fin utsikt. Rummet hade Àven en jacuzzi i ett eget litet rum bredvid badrummet. Rummet var jÀttefint och sÀngarna sköna. Vi Ät en förbestÀlld trerÀtters middag pÄ hotellet varje kvÀll. Vi kunde vÀlja mellan tre förrÀtter, tre varmrÀtter och tre efterrÀtter. Middagen inleddes, utöver de tre förbestÀlla rÀtterna, med en buffé av smÄrÀtter som var jÀttegoda. Middagarna var toppen och vÀldigt prisvÀrda, 20 Euro/person. Frukosten var bra och ingick, det vi saknade vid frukosten var grönsaker sÄsom tex tomat och gurka. I anslutning till hotellet ligger gondolliftar som snabbt tar dig upp i bergen. Fin service överlag och ett prisvÀrt och fint hotell.

TrĂšs bel hotel accueillant

EnchantĂ©s de notre sejour, la chambre Ă©tait spacieuse et agrĂ©able avec grand balcon. Le personnel est trĂšs agrĂ©able, le petit dĂ©jeuner est complet et variĂ© (buffet salĂ© et sucrĂ©). Pour le dĂźner, il est proposĂ© un menu chaque matin afin de faire son choix pour le soir, pour un prix trĂšs raisonnable au vu de la qualitĂ© (15€ sans les boissons) : buffet froid +entrĂ©e+plat+dessert. Il y a un choix de vins au verre Ă  prix raisonnable (comme souvent dans les restos en italie, les français devraient s' en inspirer). L'hotel est Ă  3-4 kms de Canazei au bord d'une route calme la nuit quand nous y Ă©tions et les chambres sont trĂšs bien insonorisĂ©es. Enfin le cadre de montagnes devant l'hotel est magnifique.

Excellent diner tous les soirs pour un prix trĂšs raisonnable. Équipements de wellness de bonne qualitĂ© et agrĂ©ables aprĂšs une randonnĂ©e dans cet environnement magnifique.
