Excellent location

Location is excellent, within walking distance to all major attractions. Valet parking available for £30 a night which is cheaper than parking arcade’s price.

Late check in but early check out

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower gel bottle was empty. I called the reception and the reception said someone would bring it to the room later but never came! The hotel did not have room available for check-in before 4 pm but asked us to check out at 10 am the next day.
