When a hotel claims to have Air Conditioning you should be able to access it 24/7. That was not the case here. The A/C runs on motion. So overnight, when you are sleeping and not moving around the room, you do not have A/C. Had this been the middle of summer that would have been more of an issue. But due to my menopause, the lack of A/C was a problem for me.

Dirty room

We checked in and our room was still being cleaned, so we took the room key and left so the cleaning staff didn't feel rushed. The girl that checked us in was great. We went back to the hotel shortly after 10pm and it was dirty. The toilet was dirty, bathroom floor was sticky, crumbs on the bed and floor. There was something (may have been a makeup applicator) in one of the beds. I went to front desk to request a new room or housekeeping to come back and clean the room properly. They didn't have a new room we could move to. The front desk changed the bedding and I cleaned the toilet with hand sanitizer. There waa no housekeeping to properly clean the room. She said we would get a discount, which we didn't. The girl that checked us out looked annoyed that she had to come to the desk. She just took the room key and said she would email the receipt.
