Very satisfied but one persistent issue

This is a fine resort hotel, however, I was troubled by the inoperative Air Conditioning which ultimately required that we move to a different room. It was on-and-off, and was ultimately resolved, but the problem was annoying and interruptive. Otherwise, a great stay! Great food, very nice staff.

Infelizmente fomos premiados com um quarto ruim, limpeza deixando a desejar. Jantar fraquíssimo. Descortesia total por parte dos colaboradores - inclusive rindo de um problema sério que tivemos de extravio de medicamentos no restaurante. Tem muita coisa bem melhor e na mesma faixa de preço em Caldas Novas.

Estive com minha familia (esposa, filhos, pais, irmão, cunhada e sobrinhos) em abril por 5 dias. Já conhecia o hotel e sabia de suas qualidades. Pontos positivos: Piscinas limpas, com grande oferta e, devido à baixa ocupação, muita tranquilidade. Café da manhã com boa qualidade e variedade. O mesmo vale ser dito para o almoço e o jantar. Limpeza do quarto muito boa. Localização excelente. Pontos a serem melhorados: tentei contatos com o hotel antes da minha chegada para algumas solicitações, e nenhum dos emails foi respondido a tempo; recebi, inclusive, a resposta de um deles já durante minha hospedagem. Em dois dias foi necessário irmos até o hotel vizinho para refeições. Ar condicionado de janela barulhentos.

Fiasco de viagem

eu e minha família frequentamos o Hotel Privê desde 2007 e nunca passamos o que passamos neste final de ano! Tanto o Hotel qto os parques piscinas sujas, agua com nata de protetor solar, pessoas com intoxicação alimentar e pela agua da piscina, cardáio muito a desejar, já foi bom, sem diversificação. Só servidos alimentos mal preparados, as pessoas não sabiam o que estavam preparando, máquinas de café 3 por;em 2 quebradas. Serviço de piscina além de muito caro,o que não era, não dinha itens para elaborar bebidas. Frutas só melancia e mamão no café, no almoço só melancia. Comidas que sobraram da famigerada ceia foram servidos até sexta imgina como sabor de azedo rançoso. A ceia, reunirão 7 hoteis nos parques aquticos, sem nenhuma organização, ai serviram a comida como se fossemos animais, era disputa por mesa, cadeira e comida, simplismente peguei minha família e sai dali pois não preciso passar por esta humilhação. Repito de 2007 até 2023 nunca havia acontecido isto. Ridicula as férias. Obs. não sou só eu quem está reclamando era hunanime a reclamação, porém, nesta hora só tem atendentes.

Sou hóspede frequente, as piscinas são as melhores para crianças pequenas em hoteis na cidade. Tem arvores e sombra. A comida na area da piscina tem valor muito alto em relação a outros hotéis, alto mesmo.
