I ended up at this hotel after having left a previous one two days prior as it was just too bad. I stayed for one night at the Best Western but as they were fully booked for the weekend I could not stay beyond the one night. I searched other hotels in the area and booked a room at the Prive Marina. Once I got there I realised that it belong to the same group of hotels as the one I had checked out of two days prior. As I was to stay there for just one night I decided to close my eyes to any shortcomings and just get some rest. The experience was similar to the one had at their sister hotel, Prive Atrium Thermas (see my review for that hotel under the hotel listing). The room is offered bare of any amenities - as I am travelling for about a month, one would expect to find simple things like shampoo, soap, fresh usable towels, hair drier, some water in the fridge, etc. There was absolutely nothing. Wi-fi connectivity was an issue again as was the food, which consisted of a selection of processed foods and drinks, with the exception of some fresh fruit provided. The restaurant is in an open area, so there was a big problem with flies and birds that kept coming to the tables to feed on leftovers on plates that were not being collected soon after guests had finished their "meal". I was so disgusted by what I saw that I drove into town for dinner instead as I didn't want to repeat the breakfast experience. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again or recommended it to anybody.

Deplorável: hotel imundo e sem estrutura

Decepcionante! Talvez essa seja a melhor palavra. Não confie nas fotos que você vê! Você reserva um hotel "resort" para passar as férias com a sua família e desfrutar das águas termais do município. Quando chega lá, a água das piscinas é aquecida por caldeira, que está quebrada. Então, ficou uma piscina de 7m x 6m para atender a todos os hóspedes do hotel, com uma água imunda, cheirando a urina, bom os ladrilhos da piscina imundos. Não bastasse isso, a limpeza dos quartos é deplorável. Os lençóis das camas eram imundos. No que diz respeito à meia-pensão, parecia comida do pior bandejão universitário. Isso quando tinha comida. Das parcas opções, era necessário que se tivesse sorte para chegar e ter disponível para consumo. Talvez com o objetivo de reduzirem um pouco o drama que seria a nossa estada, ofereceram dois hotéis da rede para o day-use. Hotéis lotados, a mais de 30 minutos de distância do local onde nós reservamos, com perda de tempo de movimentação, gasto de transporte e sem qualquer suporte do Marina. O pior é chegarmos a esses hotéis e terem funcionários da rede nos oferecendo para nos tornarmos proprietários de uma dessas "maravilhosas" unidades no sistema de multipropriedade. Certamente o valor que pagamos é demasiado alto para um hotel apenas dormitório. Nesse sentido, adotarei medidas para reaver parte dos recursos despendidos por mim, pois, com o valor gasto, teria ficado em um hotel que correspondesse à minha expectativa e de minha família.

O hotel muito bom, café com boas opções tbm, porém tenho alguns pontos. Fiquei hospedada 3 noites, nos dois últimos dias, passamos o dia inteiro fora do hotel, tiramos cartão de energia, acendemos a luz para fazer a limpeza do quarto, e ele não foi limpo nem um dia. E detalhe o hotel estava super vazio porque a caldeira estragou então estava sem água quente, outro ponto, porque eles não nos avisaram e quando chegamos lá eles queriam nos trocar de hotel, e seria péssimo pq escolhemos aquele hotel por ser perto do evento que íamos, mas no fim eles falaram que poderíamos ficar lá se não nos importássemos das piscinas estarem com água gelada e de fato não era um problema. Agora um problema foi eu ter pago para tomarmos café da manhã e ter direito de checkout até 11 da manhã e não servirem o café e não avistarem tbm! Fora esse problemas, o hotel é muito bom e funcionários super educados

Houve troca do hotel e só nos avisaram no checkin!

Em geral a estadia foi muito boa! Mas houve um contratempo por parte do hotel pq reservamos o marina hotel de frente o lago e só na hora de fazer o chechin nos avisaram que houve mudança do hotel para um hotel da mesma rede no centro. Tivemos que deslocar 14 km até chegar no hotel. Poderiam ter avisado com antecedência a troca de hotel!

Estadia razoável.

A estadia foi bem razoável. Não sou muito de criticar limpeza ou variedades no café da manhã, mas desta fez me incomodou bastante. O apartamento com aspecto que de foi limpo há meses. Para todos dos cantos tinham teias de aranhas e pequenos insetos, muito empoeirado e as fronhas com mal cheiro de "uso". Fui informada que o restaurante estava fechado há alguns meses e havia aberto novamente pouco antes do feriado do carnaval. Muita mosca em cima dos pães e frutas, alguns biscoitos e pães estavam duros. Enfim, acho que pela estrutura, poderiam melhorar estes pontos. Sobre o atendimento, nada a reclamar. Fomos muito bem atendidos em todos os momentos.
