Nous reviendrons !

Notre fils etudiant a pu travailler au frais dans la maison pendant que nous filles lézardaient à la piscine et que nous les parents nous baladions dans les environs (super balades et visites à faire !). Bref une maison de caractère bien adaptée à notre profil dans une région merveilleuse !

très belle maison agréable et belle piscine; le propriétaire est très réactif :lave linge changé dès le lendemain car en panne, problème d'eau chaude 2 fois réglé très rapidement; nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour!

Le bati est bien en phase avec l'annonce mais....

Dommage pour la propreté et l'entretien de façon générale....on s'est adaptés mais des petits travaux s'imposent...carrelage terrasse, electricité , entretien piscine insuffisant , margelles , lit de bain et parasol defoncés....bref..à ce prix , on attend un peu d'attention !!! manifestement Abritel ne contrôle rien!

Atout coeur dans le Lot....

Contact chaleureux avec propriétaires, maison conforme aux photos dans environnement calme un peu à l'écart de Cajarc. Endroit parfait pour weekend entre potes (c'était notre cas) et départ de ballades cyclistes (encore notre cas..) pédestres (nombreux chemins de randonnée) ou en voiture avec accès proches aux sites magnifiques du Lot (St Cirq 18kms, Figeac 30 kms, Cahors 45 kms…sans oublier bien sûr Cajarc) . Super séjour avec terrasse, barbecue, piscine (pas testée malheureusement, trop froid !), et pétanque pour démarrer l'apéro…. A conseiller sans aucune retenue..

Belle région, amabilité et courtoisie des gens, ça devient rare et c est très appréciable !

Belle propriété avec une grande piscine bien placée et une agréable terrasse ombragée. Cajarc est un joli village, entouré d autres jolis villages ou hameaux, notament en direction de St Cirq Lapopie. Figeac est a découvrir également.

Magnifique maison ancienne. Bel agencement de la cuisine et salle à manger. Nous étions 8 .

Nous n'avons pas fait de cuisine mais il ne manquait rien. Peut etre de chaises... 1 un peu branlante! Malheureusement il a plu durant tout notre séjour et nous n'avons pas pu profiter du magnifique parc, mais le chauffage marchait tres bien sauf dans le pigeonnier. En tout cas très bon séjour avec un propriétaire charmant a accueil. Mettre des dépliants et cartes de la région pour affiner le séjour. Ah si!...les planchers craquent beaucoup mais comme dans toutes les vieilles maisons. Merci à Mr C.
