Location is good and very safe and the view from room was great on the 32nd floor , the dining options for breakfast was very good . The only down thing was too crowded even thought facilities was good . I booked one extra day on my way back from Luxor

Great service, attentive staff and nice view on the Nile. The breakfast is wonderful with egg station, waffle/pancake station and a variety of food. Quite the spread. I would recommend to get it when you book your room. It avoid the hassle to get it outside of the hotel. We also tried the Nubian restaurant at night for more local food. This restaurant is part of the hotel so very practical at night. Room was okay. But all good as we only need two to three days maximum in Cairo. Frankly two days is enough.

Had a great few nights here, beautiful view over Cairo and good location. Facilities are great, lovely pool area, lobby and convenient shops and cash points in the hotel. Our room was spotless, quite large and the bed was so comfortable it was a struggle to get out of it! Breakfast for room service was the only downfall, we didn't quite get what we ordered and it was more expensive than advertised, aswell as arriving early. The spa was fantastic and the staff very helpful and attentive. Massages were very relaxing. Helpful note - jacuzzi and sauna is separated for men and women so if you are travelling as a couple you can't use together but it was still really lovely. The revolving restaurant at the top was also fantastic, great sweeping 360 degree view of the Nile and the city and the steaks are cooked to perfection. All of the staff here were helpful, friendly and polite. You can also store your luggage when you check out so you can maximise your last day. I would definitely stay here again, thankyou so much for a wonderful stay!

Great hotel. Good location, good gym, free sauna and steam room. Good breakfast. Made to order omelettes. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Good linens. Amazing views of the Nile. Make sure to go up to the revolving restaurant. Even if you don’t eat there. Go for the views. It’s very beautiful. I would stay here again. Great service nice people.
