We only stayed the 1 night arriving late and leaving early for the airport so didn't try the restaurant or breakfast. Friendly staff at the front desk. Room upstairs way on other side of entry was good and clean. View of the pool was lovely, a shame we didn't get the chance to use it. Spotted a few of the very small cockroaches in the room while there and a dead dried one in the sheets everything else was clean and tidy with extra towels. Would stay there again if we got the chance.

There was nothing not to like. I only stayed one night before an early flight, but would happily stay longer if the occasion arose. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and the price was exceedingly reasonable.

We had a four night mini getaway for our family over school holidays. Our studio quad room was perfect for our group and daily housekeeping kept it neat tidy the entire time. Only issue was with the tv remote where it didn’t quite pair correctly for that brand of tv. the volume button would not work and volume was stuck on max. Finally fixed it two hours later when we worked out how to reset to factory sound settings using some very creative button combinations. Gave us a good laugh though! Facilities were great and food was similar quality to taverns & RSLs. Brother league tavern was a short walk and taxis were quick to pick up and short distance into town. This time we used the luggage room both before and after check in and out which allowed us to use the facilities and go on tours as our flights were early and late night. Best amenity provided was use of the guest room & showers. We were able to spend our final day hanging in the pools and have a shower prior to out late night flight.

Room accommodated 5 people but not for 5 people. We had 3 breakfast bowls. Ran out of toilet paper 2 days away from checking out and it wasn't restocked. We weren't provided spare garbage bags when we filled the garbage. The pool was amazing.

Loved the gental pace Didn't like- the screens on the rooms we're not sealed and did not keep mosquitoes out of the room when allowing fresh air to flow in. Also this was my second stay and didn't like that there was no pool bar at the second pool closer to the back car park. Also would have liked a little shop so you were able to purchase stuff rather than going to Woolworths or those very expensive vending machine. Love that there was free Wi-Fi that it was very unstable at night and made it difficult to watch our Netflix on the television.
