Good location - horrible room

The kitchen was too small to use, the balcony door was unable to close at the top, there were bugs in the room and the room was dirty in the corners and under the bed. No power outlets by the bed, all switches were at one place at the entrance. Location was fine, but that’s about it.

No cot available despite booking one

The reason we booked this apartment was that they advertised baby cots, which I reserved and emailed separately to confirm. When we were arrived they confirmed a cot was set up in the room for us. However, there was no cot and one could not be found in the building. This was extremely inconvenient as we have a small baby with us.

Le gros point noir étant le parking car il est partagé avec les différentes écoles de formation alentours. Lit confortable, salle de bain moyenne surtout la douche. Très décevant dans l’ensemble : propreté douteuse, pas de serviette pour les mains, code d’entrée avait changé, pas été mis au courant, un client est venu nous ouvrir,ouf! Petit-déjeuner très basique, accueil très moyen, prix élevé par rapport à la qualité, bâtiment mal entretenu. Positif: parking privatif. Négatif : télécommande TV ne fonctionne pas. Indigne d’un trois étoiles. Nous ne reviendrons certainement pas.
