No cot available despite booking one

The reason we booked this apartment was that they advertised baby cots, which I reserved and emailed separately to confirm. When we were arrived they confirmed a cot was set up in the room for us. However, there was no cot and one could not be found in the building. This was extremely inconvenient as we have a small baby with us.

Le gros point noir étant le parking car il est partagé avec les différentes écoles de formation alentours. Lit confortable, salle de bain moyenne surtout la douche. Ensemble toutefois raisonnable, malgré le fait que nous avions réservé une chambre de qualité supérieure dont nous n'avons pas vu ce qu'elle avait de supérieurs en réalité.

Bof, Ă©tablissement franchement pas terrible. La kitchenette mal Ă©quipĂ©e ( 2 fourchettes et un couteau !!). L'agent d'accueil a du mal Ă  lever sa tĂȘte pour dire bonjour...bref, 3 nuits sont bien suffisantes pour ne pas vouloir prolonger son sĂ©jour.
