In the city center and 2 steps from the beach, in a Normandy-style residence, large studio with a surface area of approximately 30 m² for 4 people on the 3rd floor with elevator opening onto a northwest-facing balcony. The apartment includes: entrance with a closet/wardrobe, bathroom (shower) with WC, main room (with sofa bed 160x200 and BZ 140x190, flat screen TV) opening onto a large balcony, separate kitchen (dishwasher, 2 induction hobs, microwave, electric oven) also opening onto the balcony. A private parking space in the basement. Pets are not allowed in this rental.
This rental is also available for short stays (outside school holidays).
Additional services (optional) to be paid on the day of arrival: cleaning 50€, sheet kit (90x190: 20€/ 140x190: 22€/ 160x200: 25€, (let us know a few days before arrival).

Studio Cabourg
Logement idéalement placé proche des commerces et de la plage. Une fois arrivé plus besoin de voiture.
Seul bémol, pas de congélateur et la place de parking en sous sol non utilisable. En effet la pente est tellement raide que la voiture frotte en y descendant (utilisé qu'une seule fois).
