Perfectly located in Byron, Studio105 consists of 1 Queen bed. The studio is comfortably styled, bright and airy. There is plenty of space for 2 adults with an outside deck area for relaxing and catching some afternoon sun. The Studio has AC, Smart TV (no free to air channels), with a spacious and open plan bathroom - a perfect place to relax after a day at the beach.
There is a fridge freezer and a kettle. Studio105 is a 20 min walk or super quick drive to great cafes and bars. Wifi Included
The outside space features a large sunny deck, and deck chairs - perfect for pre dinner drinks after a day on the beach!
There is street parking for 1 car. It's a very safe area.
The property is adjoined to a 3 bedroom bungalow. It's all separate and private but is available if you wish to accommodate extra people.

A beautiful part of the world
Enjoyed the quiet location of this lovely studio apartment in Byron Bay. I enjoy walking so found the walking distance to coffee, shops and the beach was perfect.What a beautiful part of the world!

Stunning bright, airy studio
A perfect little studio for a couple or friends to go away to. Such a bright and airy, room with plenty of airflow and sunlight for enjoying in the spring and summer. Bed was really comfortable, and the shower is big and nice, along with the handy coffee and tea facilities
