Sunrise cottage is a side-by-side duplex with a reverse floor plan. Just steps from the beach and a beautiful ocean view makes it a great choice for a family vacation. On the 2nd floor is the fully stocked kitchen, dining room, cozy living room, and a half bath. The open floor plan makes for a spacious and comfortable gathering place. Sit and relax while you watch the ocean from the living room or from the ocean side porch while catching some sun and salt air. Downstairs is a queen master bedroom with a private bath and ocean side deck with ocean views, a queen bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds, and a full hall bath. Offering all the basics to get you started on your vacation, such as toilet paper and paper towels, we're certain you'll be happy upon arrival. With access to a resort pool and spa, fish cleaning stations, unlimited beach access, under-house private entry, parking, and outside hot/cold showers make this the perfect choice for a relaxing vacation. Perfect

I went with my 8 year old daughter 11 year old nephew and 13 year old niece and her friend. It was awesome. So greatful for the washer and dryer. Who knew teenage girls changed their clothes so much. Beach was perfect. House was well appointed as far as the kitchen went. I love to cook and only downfall was no pot holders but i bought some while we were there. It wasnt super populated which was perfect for me. Everyone was super nice. Our last night we had a fire and made s'mores on the beach. Decks views sound of the ocean. We will definitely be back again.

Short Winter Escape

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful house in an awesome location. We cooked at home every night and it had everything we needed. The sound of the I ean at night was relaxing. We will definately be coming back again soon

Sunrise Cottage

We really enjoyed our stay. This property is steps away from the beach. You can view sunrise and sunset from balcony. Gorgeous! And view of beach is great! We enjoyed the adirondack chairs on balcony a lot. Condo was clean and met our expectations. Loved our stay!
