CLIFF BEACH HOUSE™ YALLINGUP is an ideal home for family holidays, weekend getaways and special occasions.

This recently constructed, luxury, architect-designed holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 10 people in five large bedrooms and offers plenty of room to relax, dine, entertain and play indoors and out. It is ideal for up to five couples, extended family groups or two families holidaying together.

It has two master bedrooms with en suite facilities on the upper level and three bedrooms with a communal bathroom and powder room on the lower level.

The kitchen offers modern facilities to cook up a gourmet feast or you can simply enjoy casual BBQ dining while relaxing on the outdoor balcony.

This secluded retreat is well equipped for relaxing and entertaining in all seasons and boasts separate living areas, designer furnishings, state-of-the-art appliances, air-conditioning, a wood fireplace, broadband internet and beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding national park.

It is located in the secluded Caves Ridge Private Estate overlooking the gardens of historic Caves House and is just a short stroll from Yallingup Beach.

It is surrounded by the coastal woodlands of the Leeuwin Naturalist National Park and is ideally located in the heart of one of Western Australia’s most loved and scenic holiday spots, with rugged limestone sea cliffs and granite headlands dominating the coastline, interspersed with beautiful sandy beaches and sheltered bays.

Of course, there are the world-renowned wineries, restaurants and breweries of the Margaret River region, art galleries, wellness spas, caves, hiking & mountain bike trails and world class surf breaks, all within close proximity. This pristine environment is ideal for wine lovers, gourmands, nature lovers and action/adventure holidaymakers alike.

You can stroll over to Caves House for breakfast, lunch or dinner seven days a week or simply enjoy the ambience of this historic hotel and its beautiful gardens. During summer there is daily live music, an outdoor cinema and a local farmers' market offering fresh produce and crafts.

We all agreed this was the BEST accomodation we had ever booked - great space, excellent location, high end appointments, well catered sizeable kitchen, comfortable beds, super clean and a fireplace. Perfect Yallingup getaway

Stayed at Cliff Beach House for a 4-generation family celebration.Traveling with family ranging from 2-year olds to a great-grandma, the house worked for everyone. We really enjoyed how relaxing and peaceful the location was - with ocean views from the balcony for nana to relax and read her book - all within an easy 10 minute walk to the beach with the little ones. The house was also fully stocked with everything we needed (and so much more). An absolute gem and my only wish was that I didn't have to leave to go back to work.

A lovely treat!

Fantastic House & Wonderful Owners

From the moment we walked through the door of this house we fell in love with it. It looked & smelt so fresh & clean. We were greeted with native floral arrangements & chocolate in the fridge. There are beautiful forest views from every room in the house & when you walk out onto the huge balcony you are able to see the Indian Ocean. This house was so well equipped you wanted for nothing. Attention to detail was impeccable. As for the owners they were so accommodating & understanding during these uncertain times. They were always prompt with their replies & actions to our questions &/or issues. Kind regards 4 happy customers. 10/10

Perfect 50th girls getaway

We had a girls getaway for a 50th birthday. There were 6 of us and the home fit us all perfectly. It was so well catered for that it had more appliances, games and gorgeous crockery than our own homes! It was a real treat. And the decor was chic yet casual thus perfect for inducing relaxation.
