Hampton Inn Oxford-West
Everything was great except none of the ice machines worked. Front desk staff didn’t seem to care. The shuttle drivers were fabulous and very courteous. Really enjoyed our stay except for no ice and some of the vending machines were out of order as well.

No elevator, breakfast is minimal, felt unsafe, heard people screaming and yelling next room, door keys/cards didn’t work had to go to the desk 3-4 times for replacement.
