Good value!

Spent a weekend here, and it covered all the bases for a budget accommodation: comfy bed, hot shower, hot coffee in the morning. The building itself is nice and the location is fantastic, I could get pretty much anywhere in the city that I needed to go within 20 minutes or less. Host is very professional and responds to emails promptly. Heads up that he prefers to hand over/pick up keys in person rather than use a lockbox, contrary to what Evolve's default check-in and check-out instructions will tell you.
