An absolute delight!

We stayed in the penthouse - it was fabulous! Sometimes when you book online, places seem too good to be true … not this time! Cannot fault anything - we had a wonderful time. Thank you Zoya - would definitely recommend!

The property is very good and clean. Easy commute to inner city which takes by Bus or Trolley in 15 min. Local shop Spar was around the corner which was 200 yards. The Host Nino and Bobby are excellent with their customer service. I did complain about dust settling and he did say as the rooms are bug and windows are big sometimes the cleaners forget. Which he has taken well. My only issue was with cooking utensils in the kitchen they were very big. Overall a nice luxury residence and the Aircon kept us cool during hot summer of 28 deg in Budapest. The hotel is in Pest.

The apartment was amazing, needs a bit of more details like TV on each room and a few more utensils if you need to cook. The area it’s not convenient, far from the center, we use Uber to go and come back spending $10 euros average each way.

The space was very spacious and included very comfortable beds. The staff was nice and friendly- a particular woman (sorry didn't wrote her name) went over and above to help and offered a real experience of being taken care of. So overall I highly recommend it. The air con also worked very efficiently to keep the place cool during the hot summer days when I visited. The only feedback I'd like to share for improvement is- Initially I didn't hear back trying to communicate via the Hotels App-which left me a bit worried- I called the hotel and later used Whatsapp to follow it up , then they were very responsive. The other thing that I think need to be clearer is that using the swimming pool (which is located in a nearby hotel) is for an additional charge of 20 euros. That wasn't clear to me when I booked the place - until I spoke to the staff (I nearly cancelled the reservation as I was looking for a place that would include access to a swimming pool as part of the deal). The type of accommodation I booked also had two spacious bedrooms which was great but again not obvious when I booked it - so clearer information about what is offered would be helpful. I am glad I booked it and enjoyed my stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Fantastic Stay at Zoya Luxury Residence, Budapest I had a wonderful stay at Zoya Luxury Residence in Budapest! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed with high-end finishes and attention to detail. It truly felt like a luxury experience. The location is excellent—central yet quiet, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, shops, and many of the city’s main attractions. I was able to explore the city easily and always looked forward to returning to such a comfortable and stylish space. The staff were incredibly (especially Zoy) helpful and responsive, providing great recommendations and ensuring everything was perfect during my stay. I especially appreciated the small touches like the welcome amenities and how well-equipped the apartment was—everything from kitchenware to toiletries was thoughtfully provided. I highly recommend Zoya Luxury Residence to anyone visiting Budapest, whether for business or leisure. It offers the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and style. Great time in Budapest!!

We had a great time at the apartment it’s a relaxing and peaceful retreat from site seeing. Much better than staying at a hotel our little grandson, loved how spacious the apartment was to play and look at the beautiful building outside grandpa and grandma’s window. Our grandson would come to our room in the mornings and say “wow” when seeing the beautiful church and then he would want us to hold him so he could have a better view and to watch the vehicles and people that were walking their dogs.Would definitely stay again. The staff is great, very helpful and quick to respond to any needs. Would definitely recommend.

This is a reat apartment hotel that has a reception. Room is very spacious and comfy. Special shout-out to the male receptionist from Laos. His service is very attentive and polite. A great asset to the hotel. Would definitely use it again when I'm back to Budapest.
