Great location for Bryce National Park. Disappointed with front desk rudeness specially with foreigners at check in. A family from France was trying very hard to communicate and the receptionist was short in her answers. Made me feel embarrassed about our impression of hospitality and welcoming of others as a nation. The hotel was pricy for what you got. This was part of a complex of hotels owned by one corporation but the least desirable of the three. They offer free breakfast in a show barn within walking distance. The food was what you would expect of American continental minus waffles and fresh oatmeal. It is such a contrast from what you get in traveling to Europe where almost all hotels offer breakfast and it is an amazing variety and better quality food for less price than what we paid at this hotel. I found it very overpriced.

Super convenient to the Park. The room was clean and tidy. Plenty of hot water. The floor in the bathroom was in ill repair. It needed replacing immediately. You could see the buckle in the flooring. It could be a trip hazard for guests. Plus noisy to walk on. Room air freshener smelled stale. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

The property was located close to the Bryce canyon which made it a great spot and you can walk to everything like the food area, the shopping area and the laundry area.

No hot water in shower. Two maintenance men said it was a bad cartridge, evening. 8am, maintenance came in and showed us we had hot water, as well as how to run (insulting). Too late to have a shower. Believe it was fixed quickly because I wanted compensation. Felt like we were played. Knowing we were not going to have a shower, but it was now fixed. Terrible customer service. Very disappointing after hiking all day, no shower. Pretty basic - bed & shower!
